Program Manager, eMarketing
Managed and participated in the strategy, production, content development, online marketing and redesign efforts for i2.com, planet.i2.com, and i2 Intranet, working with multiple departments, partners and vendors.
• Spearheaded Web site globalization efforts, working with four regional marketing teams to develop a strategy that supported 23 countries, increased international inquiries and event registrations, and reduced workload and marketing costs.
• Led search engine optimization (SEO) efforts, managing an $18K quarterly budget and generating a 6% increase in site visits in one month to over 50,000 unique visitors.
• Standardized department process to ease workload as team was reduced from nine to three, ensuring no additional budget was needed for outside resources.

Interactive Producer, IN2ACTION
Managed brand identity, user interface development and eMarketing projects for i2 customers.
• Supervised multidisciplinary project teams of three to seven individuals and led production efforts on the development of B2B and B2C Web sites.
• Led strategy, design and management of NetCafé functionality at two annual conferences.

Online Marketing Coordinator (Part-time position - part of career transition plan)
Planned and executed online marketing efforts, including link campaigns, creation and distribution of press releases and monthly email newsletter, and monitoring and posting to newsgroups.
• Developed and implemented low cost online marketing plan that increased site hits by 50% and augmented new and repeat customer sales.
• Wrote online shopping and gift-giving articles that were published on over 100 sites and generated national media coverage.
